We've been regular takeout customers of Rodello's for a few months. We love their pepperoni pizza, which we order every Friday night.
Tonight we ordered the stuffed shells, hot sausage with spaghetti, potato gnocchi and a pizza. Everyone raved about their dinners! -

We tried Rodello's for lunch. We were not impressed. The service was erratic and the food just OK.Meatballs were hard, sauce OK ,Italian wedding soup was watery and the salad was90%kale.Naples is a better option or Stavros.

We were reluctant to try this restaurant based on some of the previous reviews. My husband is Italian and grew up working in his family's restaurant where everything was made fresh daily. Perhaps this restaurant had some hiccups when it first opened which is understandable; but we were VERY pleasantly surprised! Lovely decor and warm inviting ambience. I had the house salad which was fresh with nice dark greens and an excellent dressing. My husband had salmon and risotto. The fish was cooked perfectly, nice flavor and moist. The risotto was delicious and of perfect consistency. The only negative was the bread which not bad but not exciting either. What really topped off our experience, was our waiter Jonathan. He was SO attentive, personable and seamed to have a real passion for his work.

This is my second time going. When you walk in, it smells like an authentic Italian restaurant. The service was excellent, and our waitress was extremely attentive. The food was good; however, perhaps it is unfair to judge it against NY Italian food, but I will anyway. The bread was delicious. I had eggplant parmagiana which was average -- some seeds evident. The sauce was ok as well, but nothing to get excited about. The pasta that came with was a bit overdone. The dessert was delicious. The black forest cheese cake was exceptional. The also offered a latte that I highly recommend. Yes, I'll be back.

My husband and I came on a Friday night. The restaurant was full, but not slammed. Our server, Jonathan, came promptly to our table upon us sitting down, offered beverages, appetizers, and read the specials. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. We started with the stuffed mushrooms which were to die for. The meatballs were okay. We also got a cup of wedding soup and French onion soup. Both delicious. I've been trying to watch my carbs, but was craving the chicken Parmesan so I asked if I could do zucchini noodles instead of pasta and they were able to accommodate which was amazing! My husband got the fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and loved it as well.
Overall, amazing service by Jonathan and the food was great. We will be back!
